Using Run It

Run It lets you book spots in 7 v 7 pickup soccer games organised by the match organiser. By creating an account, you agree to use the app only for booking and managing your participation in these games.

Bookings and cancellations

When you book a spot, it's yours until the session starts. You can give up your spot only when another player is on the waitlist to take it — this protects the game from last-minute no-shows.

Giving up a spot is not immediate. The spot is offered to the next player on the waitlist, who has 30 minutes to pay for it. Your booking stands until that payment completes, at which point your spot transfers and you are credited the full amount you paid, tax included. If the offer expires it passes to the next player in line, and if nobody takes it your booking continues unchanged.

Joining the waitlist is free and you can leave it at any time without penalty. If you are offered a spot and do not pay within 30 minutes, you lose your place on the waitlist.

Payment

Some sessions may require payment. When payment is enabled, you'll be charged through your device's payment method (Apple Pay or Google Pay) at the time of booking. Refunds for cancelled sessions are issued at the organiser's discretion.

Conduct

Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, or cheating. The organiser reserves the right to remove you from sessions or ban your account if you ruin the game for others.

Liability

Run It connects players with organised pickup games. You participate at your own risk. The organiser and Run It are not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or disputes that arise on or off the pitch.

Account security

Keep your password private. You're responsible for all activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed your account, contact us immediately so we can secure it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app grows. We'll notify you in the app if anything material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
