Run It is a kings-of-the-court pickup soccer app for organising 7 v 7 games. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it — short and clear.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number. When you book or waitlist a session, we record which sessions you're in. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can alert you about your games. We never see or store your card number — see "Payments" below. No location tracking, no contacts list, no photos.
Payments
When a session requires payment, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never pass through or get stored on our servers. We only keep a record of the charge amount and its status so we can confirm your booking and issue credit back automatically if a spot falls through. How passwords are stored
Your password is never stored in plain text. It is securely hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase) before it ever reaches our database. The auth session token saved on your device is encrypted by the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) — it cannot be read by other apps.
How we use your data
Your name appears on team sheets and rosters so the organiser and other players can see who's playing. Your email is used for account login and password resets only. We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties.
Data retention
We keep your profile and booking history for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data any time from Profile → Settings — it takes effect immediately, no need to contact anyone.
Children's privacy
Run It is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it immediately.
